WHEREAS, the City of Asbury Park ("City") has a need to purchase sanitizing dispensers in response to the Coronavirus; and

 

WHEREAS, the City has obtained the attached quotes totaling $6,731.40

 

·              Grainger in the amount of $6,731.40 on State Contract #19-FLEET-00566

 

WHEREAS, the City of Asbury Park is desirous of awarding a contract for  the purchase of sanitizing dispensers to the vendor listed above in an amount of $6,731.40; and

 

WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are available in the following accounts 0-01-26-310-000-201. The maximum dollar value of the pending contract is as set forth in the resolution.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the City of Asbury Park (the “City”), in the County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey authorize the purchase of sanitizing dispensers  in the amount of $6,731.40 and a copy of this Resolution shall be provided to the DPW Superintendent, City Manager, CFO and Director of Purchasing..
